Foster Agreement

This Foster Agreement is to ensure that there is complete understanding as to the terms in which the following dog is to be fostered by the applicant.

The fostering person shall be known herein as the “Caretaker”. The Caretaker understands that the foster dog that has been placed in their care is owned by New Zion Shilohs and is to be returned to New Zion Shilohs upon written or verbal request. The dog is NOT to be: spayed or neutered, placed in another home, moved to any location other than that described below, or disposed of by the Caretaker, without the expressed written consent of New Zion Shilohs.

The Caretaker agrees to provide adequate food, shelter, grooming, exercise, socialization and mental stimulation to keep the dog in optimal condition. Medical care is to be pre-approved by New Zion Shilohs, with the exception of potentially life threatening emergencies, where it is expected that you seek immediate emergency veterinary care.
